the Phantom of the Opera is coming to a theatre in D.C. and I live in Virginia so it's really close....should I go see it even though I'll have to get the cheapest seats...($37)...in the way back of the theatre.............
it's my favorite musical and my first time watching it on stage, but the seats are too far away .....should I still go and watch it?

we're making a platform on where we are dropping an egg about 7 feet high. It shouldn't fall off the plat form. It should stay in after it fell. The materials are as follows:
10pcs. coupon band
1 meter tape
scissors
we can't use anything that is not on the list.
-----Any ideas on what should we do???-----

Everytime I go up to sing in front of an audience, I get so nervous, I get red and my vein pops out, my voice starts to shake, and I run out of breath. I try to not get nervous but it just comes. I can`t even present a report in front of a class without getting nervous. When I was small, I had no problem, but now I can`t get over it, any suggestions, please help me

I have a long commute to work and spend this time listening to audio books and am now up to over 200 titles. If the subject of reading or books come up in conversation is it ok for me to say that I have "read" the book or should I say that I "listened" to the book? Which is proper? I know it is a technicality, but I get the impression that some people think that listening to a book is the same as thumbing through a magazine.

its my first poem. you don't need to be nice. just rate it.

its untitled

Its funny when that one person you care for,

loves somebody new.

You try to get over them but your heart is still,

plunged deep down into blue.

Their special some one is better than you,

at least thats what it seems.

When all you ever wanted,

was to be that one boys dreams.

You lay awake at night thinking,

"How can i improve..

When life is constantly pulling me down,

Why the hell is god so crude?"

He shoves all the bad right down your throat,

"Does he think i can handle it all?"

Seeing that boy with someone else,

makes my heart begin to fall,

Deeper than the blue this time

its gone all the way to black.

Now i fear for the first time,

i may never get it back.

When George W wanted to do a hack job on a real Vietnam vet, he got his buddies to say Kerry wasn't a hero
But where were his buddies when he needed proof that he served in the gaurd
With all his money and devious means, he could not even come up with ONE witness seeing him there
Dan Rather my butt----
the truth kills ya don't it

There are a bunch of places you can send a photo to and they'll paint it into a portrait, but I'm looking for something in the Washington DC area where they'll actually TAKE the picture, and THEN turn it into a portrait. Anyone know of someplace I can do that?
Thanks!!!!

Joseph Holdsworth b 1824 emigrated from London UK to Wellington NZ in the 1850s, with his wife Mary Battersby. She died soon after and he remarried a Elizabeth Mary Smith. Joseph died in 1884 and they are buried in Wellington

Their son Charles Holdsworth founded the NZ Union Steamship Company and was knighted. He had two children Godfrey born 1888 and Dorethea 1896.

And there I lose the thread of Holdsworths in New Zealand.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
