The only true wisdom is to know you know nothing. If you think you have wasted your life then you are ready to begin true life.

No way to repeat, but we are still a child of nature and nothing in nature is ever wasted. You may have not done or accomplished what you wanted or thought you did. You, however, were not wasted. Remember James Stewart in "It's a Wonderful Life", his character also thought his life was wasted, but his life touched and changed many other lives. So, no, your life was not wasted.

The real question you should be asking is do you want to waste any more of this life. There are no guarantees and, as far as we know, no return policies.
The choice you really want to consider is what are you going to do NOW?
"The time is now, the place is here. Stay in the present. You can do nothing to change the past, and the future will never come exactly as you plan or hope for."
-- Dan Millman, motivational writer and novelist

Yes, do the same thing all over again. But why would you want to repeat wasting your life?

No do-overs, sorry. But you may be able to rejoin the path you think you should have taken.
Some things may be 'caught up' with effort, such as education or skills.
Some things you passed up may still be enjoyed by giving them to others - but caution is necessary here. This is how the demanding football-father and stage-mom get created. A better choice might be to donate your time or money to young people organizations that promote what you missed.
As far as relationships neglected - you may have to pay the backdues while gaining little response in order to derive any satisfaction there.

Get over it.
Time to move on and be a MAN you've always wanted to be.
Here are some motivational quotes:
Failure is an opportunity to begin again more intelligently. -Henry Ford.
When it is dark enough, you can see the stars. - Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Failures are divided into two classes- Those who THOUGHT and NEVER DID and those who DID and NEVER THOUGHT. - John Charles Sak
The gem cannot be polished without FRICTION, nor the man perfected without trials. - Chinese Poverbs.
All taken from "Sales Motivation by Todd Duncan" book. Read it, even if you're not into sales.

Perhaps your evaluation is incorrect. A life is never wasted, something valuable is always learned. If nothing else, to not repeat the same "errors" in your next one :))

no matter how you wish to turn back time, you can't. the thing is, you got the here and now. so, act on it. your life isn't over yet. that means, you still have a chance to set things right. make the most of these moments and find ways to live as best you could. in correcting your past mistakes, take it one step at a time. you don't receive these kinds of realizations so that you could fix them on the spot. you are given time enough so use it wisely this time around.

Going back to the past is possible only in memories and dreams. To make up for the "wasted" part, ... start from this minute onwards. Give intention and attention to what you want to create while you're still breathing in and out.

You haven't wasted your life, you needed to go through every path in order to get you here ......... wanting to do things all over again. Every day is a new life, don't waste another day, do everything you want and more. Good luck

From 'where' I'm standing, there's no way not to. ;-)
Of course, you haven't really been wasting your time, time is only a construct, after all. What you've been doing ( and more importantly being ) is exactly what your personal 'energy doctor' prescribed, even if you don't feel that yet.
If, after all, this manifestation does not achieve the 'program', you can always choose to return....if you like.
