Now that I've finished my book about Mona Lisa what do i do?

What's the best way to promote my book; The Anatomy of Mona Lisa: Love's Prison. I have figured out who she is and can prove it with quotes from Da Vinci and composite images of the Mona Lisa and another painting which is an anagram for the title.
