All psychologists visit other psychologists. They usually enter the profession because they had difficult lives and want to make their lives better. The old saying is true "every psychologist needs a psychologist." This nevertheless may not be enough reason to hate them, but at least it should get you going in the right direction.

I actually like most of them, and some have been very helpful to me. But some I have not liked, were ones who never had a plan of what I could do to help me improve my life, they would just talk and talk. Also a really good one I went to, kept falling asleep, and my friend saw him too and he fell asleep while she was there too, he had a real problem. The thing is no matter how much you talk to them they never ever will really know the whole situation unless they have lived your life for you. If you have an opinion about something and you tell them, although you may be wrong they will go with that opinion, because that is all they know. Also they are human, so they will always try to interject some of their own values and opinions on you. That is why I really checked out the ones I went to, to make sure they were at least the same religion as me, therefore, basically had the same values. But most of them really want to help, so it is better to give them a chance and things can improve in your life. But use your own judgment too, one I went to wanted , me to threaten to call the cops on my son when he got really angry even though he has never physicaly hurt anyone in my family. I told him NO Way, and I am glad I did, because with love and patience my son is a great person now, and calling the cops could have changed his life for the worse forever.

Well, I Want to be a psychologist and I have actually been to some in my time. and, To be honest, They're not that Bad.

although, If You do want some negative reasons:

- They undermine you
- Its demeaning
- If You see them people assume you're crazy
- Stressful
- expensive
- inconvinient
- misinterpreted
- Arkward etc etc

It's hard to break into psychology, because so many people are studying for it. Some make a lot of money, but others just struggle to get noticed. So I don't hate them anymore!

Not to hate someone... but they are just people and are not infallible. In fact, most of them a crazy. They wen't to psychologists their whole lives so they then become on. I've found that most of them are nuttier than everyone else.

hate is a pretty strong word, but remember this, most psychologist are in the field because they are loony toons themselves, forever trying to find the reasons for their perceived mis-interrupted mind set. This is an opinion only.

as many know by now, hate only hurts the "hater". it has a very low vibe, frequency wise; and, low vibes will, eventually, make you ill if you persist in "emitting" them through dwelling on hateful thoughts, for example. read *the complete idiot's guide to toltec wisdom*. it will help you understand such behavior and offer practices that will "cure" the desire to engage in such behaviors. btw, pychology/psychiatry as practiced, ordinarily, in the West, is a mere shadow of what such practice could/should be. get involved in regular exercise and a lot of meditation, yoga, chi kung, etc. and you'll lose the desire and ability to "hate".. good luck!! ;-)

i don't know why anyone would hate psychologists. usually they help people. i want to be a psychologist. maybe study criminals :)
