Your style is very unique.
I like the simplicity, and the exageration of anatomy reminds me of "Aeon Flux" type animation.
I would like to see your work inked and colored!
(I'd be happy to lend a hand if you need it!)
Very nice web site!

It's very good, but could use some improvement. A big thing in making drawings looking better or more professional looking is improving your line work. Practice making clean consistent lines when drawing instead of "hairy" lines. It may seem harder at first, but once you work at it, drawing becomes much better looking and it becomes much faster, and speed is very crucial in the sequential arts. Another thing is that the figures seem slightly akward in their poses. Studying anatomy really helps with this. There are some really good books on this that you can get at a book store such as Barnes and Noble in the Art section. First Study the skeletal system and then learn how the muscles attatch themselves to it. Knowing the body inside and out makes a huge difference and will help your art out tremendously. Hope this was of some help, and keep working at it! Art isn't easy but the more work you put in it, the more enjoyable and rewarding it becomes!

I wish I could make a decent comment about the art work - what little I saw was as good as any I have seen , I suppose. (I am a teacher in an Arts Magnet school and many, many of the students there are illustrator enthusiasts who fashion their art after the Japanese anime') Futhermore, my computer would not allow the download. I do want to encourage you to continue your work and continue to improve upon your skills. Never settle until you believe what you have to offer is as perfect as it can get. There is always something more to learn. I love the idea that you never gave up, encouragement or not. What are you doing with it?

You have a lot of talent :) It seems like you have a good eye and you just need to go to the next step and start refining your style. The more you become comfortable with your art the more you will naturally refine it. It helps me to look at other peoples' work that is similar to my own and determine what makes it better....why mine might not look as finished. Study your work over and over again. You will get there...just give yourself some time to become confident with it and keep moving forward. One thing I've done personally to train myself away from the "hairy lines" is lay transfer paper over the original drawings and practice tracing over them in fluid lines. Eventually my originals became less and less sketchy. Also it helps me out with proportion to look at my drawings in the mirror (you've probably already heard of that). I think I can see what you are trying to do with the women's poses. I might suggest that the more subtle it is the more alluring it can be. The chests sizes seem typical with this style of art....so they weren't really distracting to me personally.
Just my own thoughts...
You are off to a really good start - keep drawing and good luck!

it's stylistically interesting but yeah, i'd say you should take sum time and look at the human skeleton and muscles. figure out how a body naturally move and the placement of bones and such. the easiest way sadly is probably to watch sport, turn on a kick boxing match or basketball.
a quick fix might be shading, adding depth the your images and working on the details of the background.

The drawings show a lot of promise, however, you've exaggerated the arms and shoulders a bit, and the faces look more insect than human. Was that the intent?

Get thee to anatomy lessons.
Life drawing would go a long way for these.
Also practice contour drawing. One line, not these insecure hairy outlines.
And why, oh why, do you guys think that EVERY woman has huge hooters? That's gratuitous and obnoxious.

The poses need more to be desired. They're a bit stiff and uncomfortable.
