I recently performed the song 'Cabaret' and I got a fantastic backing track from http://www.ameritz.co.uk/. The only thing is they are £4 each but they're well worth it!

I found, with other things, that googling for (name of song) and "midi" is a goodway to get backing tracks, even if they are not great. you can use a free program like midi meow to convert midi files into more usual formats.

On eBay, there are many recouses, for Musical backing tracks.

Ok, i just tried looking, and there is quite a large amount of options!
