Ok I keep getting in an arguement with my friends. I really respect The Suicide Girls (My girlfriend even is thinking about becoming one!) and I really do consider all of their pin ups Art! But all of my friends are like, "It's nude women! That isn't art! If you can masturbate to it then it's porn..." And to me this seems like a really ignorant thing to say, wouldn't you agree?

I know this is long but please read! Ok, so I recently tried out for our school's play, Peter Pan and I am stuck with the absolute SUCKIEST part you could ever have. I'm the stupid crocodile. Now the thing is, my friend is too, and we're in one of those 2 person costumes where one person is the head and one is the butt. What really p i s s e s me off is that I signed up to be on the cast, which by that I ment wearing cool outfits and putting on all that stage makeup and saying lines and being on stage and having fun and stuff, and I'm stuck with a dumb part where my face isn't gunna be seen. Also, I'm only on stage 3 times in the whole play, and all I do is walk across stage. But the biggest thing that makes me mad is that I have to stay after school 2 months straight for a part that only takes me a day to memorize! I want to quit sooooo bad but the director is one of my teachers who knows me well, and I don't have the heart to quit! What do I tell the director? What do I do?

Okay. I just transferred to a public school from a private one, and nobody is allowed to grind at a catholic private school, you'lll get banned from future dances and most likely, a ton of detentions. and so i have no idea how. i have seen people grind, but i wasn't really paying attention, so i don't remember. please help!!!!

When watching historical programmes, anything playing before let's say 1900, there are sometimes characters wearing glasses. One example coming to mind is Mary in 1995's Pride and Prejudice. I'm wondering how corrected the vision was? They didn't have finely tuned machines like nowadays or is there a manual technique they used? Did glasses back then (19th century and earlier) really give good vision or simply allow the wearer some slight improvement? What if you had really bad eyesight, the -6 and over? What sort of vision did early glasses allow?

Mine are "Enders game" and "Enders Shadow" by Orson Scott Card. They are companion novels. About two complicated children with so much ahead of them. I recommend reading "Enders game" first
