i get Janie's journey is like a hero journey, taken from sommon, everyday world of others' expectations, through test, and then back home, changed by experience.

i don't really get the Janie's whole progression from epiphany to identity.

can you give some example or quote from the book to get it.

I myself have done nothing note worthy except take care of my family and pray to god that he continues to bless me not to be among those who suffer daily,and ask that he relieve there suffering , I wish I could do more but I am not in the position at this time to do so? There is an episode of the Simpsons (I'm not sure which season or episode number/name) the family goes on a nature walk into a cave and fall through a hole. Homer is stuck and while Marge, Maggie and Bart go to find an exit, Lisa tells Homer a story. When Burns and the man from Texas are on a scavenger hunt, a song is played and from what I hear, it sounds like a string orchestra arrangement. It is also played at the end credits. If anyone knows the name or composer of this song, I would greatly appreciate it.

There are so many other holocausts that happened and why do we only learn about the Jewish people. I feel sorry for the Jewish people but over 40 million people died in Russia and China when they were under communism. Why don't we hear about those?

I'm writing a series of short stories. I've got ideas for some, and they are sort of fantasy stories with drama, romance and tragedy in them. I'm a bit soft though so they'll probably all have happy endings.why short stories? I don't have a long enough attention span to write a novel. I've started writing one about 3 girls with tragic pasts living in a workhouse in a parallell world to 19th century Ireland, and another about a teenage boy who meets a magical girl in a parallell world to 18th century london. not giving details in case someone takes them. what do you think? would you buy it?
