i keep crumpleing and bending paper, is there any why to get the crumples,creaces and bends out?

Go to Kinkos. They usually have a self service laminator. Put your paper into one of the laminating sleeves(not the plastic lamination...just the piece that looks like a paper folder) and run that through the laminator a couple of times. It should iron out most of the crumples and bends.

if you have like a spray bottle, put it on mist and lightly spray the pages, so they're "malleable" but not soaking. Then put it in between the pages of a book and set a bunch of books on it to weigh it down. Try it on a piece of crap paper first to see how it comes out
