What about the Catholic Pope kissing the Islamic Koran? That is Heresy? And If anyone prays with heretics, he is a heretic?

Pope kissing the Quran of Islam although the Quran specifically denies the gospel message of salvation.

My story is about a 14 year old girl named Caitlyn Adearal. She lives in a really small town in Maryland. But suddenly her friends start being brutally murdered by this myterious man who has been cominly called the Teddy Killer. She soon finds her self locked in her house with this insane killer and must survive a night with the man who destroied her life. It takes you on a journey through this girl's truly amazing story about the one night that changed her life.
I wrote it last year but im afraid to take it to a publisher for I'm afraid I'll get turned down. What do you think??
