Who would have said, all those years ago when Harry Potter came out, the world went nuts and I refused to read it, saying to myself "With all that hype, it can't really be that good." And then I picked up book two at a friends house while waiting and got hooked... I read book three in five hours!
P.S. The Worst Witch. Gosh, those were good when I read them oh-so-long-ago. I recommend them to Harry Potter fans while they wait! And for older fans who haven't read Discword novels, take the plunge!!! They're awesome too!

Your not the only one,my daughter cant wait at all,she'd read the last one within a day!She's also looking forward to the next Harry Potter film.

Yes, I'm very excited! I will definitely be picking it up at midnight so I can start reading it as soon as I possibly can. My main interests are to find out if my beloved Snape is good or evil (I'm sure he is still loyal to the Order but I can forgive him if he's not!), if Neville will finally get his chance to shine and who will survive the final battle. It will take all my self-restraint not to do a little skippy-to-the-last-chapter!

OMGAWD!!! I can't wait!!!! But I also do NOT want the series to end...there too good. :(
For the last (6th) book, I went to the midnight release party and got the book, and then read it all night and finished i in the morning! :)
As you can tell....I'm obsessed. :-)
