My own empirical experiences. I think that most people who base their ethics on other cultures that belong to other times, such as religion, find themselves living an unnatural life with moral values that they would otherwise never uphold.

My morals have derived themselves from my disdain for the way others will treat people. I would much rather be grouped with the freaks of my school (like I am now) than to be one of the perpetual jackasses in any of the other stereotypes.

It derives from experience.
Your conscience is innate. It's a tool. Whether to what extent or how it is groomed, self-knowledge and understanding of consequences for one's actions will always lead the mind to discerning the difference between right and wrong.

into the spiritual magnetic force of the creator. so if u r paying

In general, from the experience of humanity evolving to live in social groups. Specifically, of course, from my parents and Midwestern upbringing, neither one requiring any arbitrary superbeings to scare me into behaving well, because knowing right from wrong isn't rocket science, after all, and only needs a little bit of empathy to work.

From inside. From your upbringing. From what you have observed in life and thought of as fair and unfair. From what your friends say and think. But mostly from yourself and your own morals and ethos.

God has given me an intuition that can lead me to what's right and what's wrong in life. I guess I just know and I believe in God entirely to lead me through life and he does the ultimate job of doing so. I just go with my intuition and it serves me well everytime.

Some of it is learned as a child..
