You all know what I mean, so quit looking so surprised.
You read something you like, and say to yourself, "Hey, what an original turn of phrase, I'll think I'll use it in this piece I'm working on. Nobody will find out."
Why do you do it? And no bullshitters please.

If an Asian says that "all Asians are lying?"

or Zenon's paradoxes;"you have to pass infinite numbers of the points to reach somewhere,to move; so moving-change is not something possible."

They are not logical or illogical and there is no responses for them for centuries. My question is not about proving them or not.

My question is about how they are part of our lives? If they are part of our lives, are our lives logical?

There can be a wrong in my question because of my language, if there is pardon me.

What did Hitler not like about Jews, that inspired him to try to kill off the race. Please please dont say, because he was a racist, I understand HItler was beyond racism, I am sure there was some underlying root to his believes as of why he didnt really like the Jews, so much. Do you know why?

The city of Venice, built upon submerged logs centuries old, slowly sinking roughly 2-3 inches into the sea annually. The great Sphinx, slowly being eroded and sand blasted by the wind, sand and natural elements. A leaning tower of Pisa that already requires weight to counterbalance it's total collapse. Ancient pillars, fallen cities, fading works of art, in a state of steady yet eventual decay without restoration, thousands of years old.

Should they be considered global works of art and saved? We already have many places designated as natural wildlife preserves, protected to remain untouched. So future generations and possible extinction of species not happen .

Should we do the same with amazing accomplishments of mankind doomed to decay without restoration and upkeep, regardless of the possible gigantic cost? Keep in mind a creation 3000 years old, once gone, is gone.

Should we preserve those amazing works orfeed a whole country of starving?

freedom is such a strange thing to think about. I am free to be protected from killers but killers are not suppose to be free to kill. For every law we lose a freedom, for every lack of a law we lose a freedom just as in this example given. If it was legal for killers to kill i would not be free to not worry about being killed. So really, we can't be any more free or less free at any time due to this. But since the laws set up by people can be broken anyway and they are just suppose to have consequence that may or may not occur, we are actually free to do anything we can imagine and are capable to do. Yet, in the end, I believe that everything is determined anyway since there is no other factor to determine our actions other then our past and maybe genetics, and anything else would have to be attributed to randomness, which is not attributed to free will either. So everyone is entirely without freewill despite their making choices.

We are answering some questions in here, that is good but we are closing them! I mean they are not really answered and (my opinion) they cannot be answered!

Only we can decide which answer we like most with voting them but closing the topics(with saying they are answered) does not seem philosophical to me. If philosophical questions are not philosophical, this is not logical.

I am interested in hearing your opinion and why. I am the author of the "Christ Code" and "Hiding Evidence of God", Milan Micci.

I just took a quick look at them because I don't like to read other people's works. I liked them both very much for different reasons.

What questions did these books raise for you that you would like to have an answer to.

I'm thinking of writing a fic where Harry Potter being stuck in medieval times, where the poeple in that time believe in Greek, Egypt and Roman mythology. The only way for Harry Potter to go back to his time, is to help a certain Greek goddess gain her place back to Mt. Olympus. But first they both must defeat an evil power rising to rule all mankind. (quite cliche right?)

The title must no be more that 5 words. And the more unique your title is, the more chance you get to be chosen as best answer.
