I actually didn't take any course in film studies. What does it take to become a professional in making movies? Where and how do I start? What are the good books that are useful for me to learn about the subject? What equipment do I need?(basic ones) I just want to explore the area throughoutly before I made a dramatic choice in switching my career path. Thanks a lot.

Walmart uses it's size and cheap labor to produce cheap prices for the consumer. How is this different from every other business that does really well? Is it really all that different if the cheap labor is done by Americans in the stores as oppose to the Taiwanese or Chinese or whomever else manufactures about everything we buy?

I found out that my great-grandmother was a Huron Indian and this was hidden by my family for years. I would really like to learn more, are there any Hurons out there who can tell me where I can go (I'm in Ontario) to speak with an elder and learn about my heritage? Also, can I be accepted into a community like this when I have no previous knowlegdge and only one distant relation who is Native?
