I am very interested in comparing the present Conservatives to the attitudes of Conservatives of the Victorian period. What was their attitude towards, family, women, marriage, social class and children?

I love acting, and desperately want to pursue it, but lack the financial reserves (I'm still young) to go into it full-time. Is it possible to do stage/tv/commercial/film work while keeping my full-time job? I obviously don't mean feature film level (not like I'm even close to that level) but I just haven't worked with rehearsal schedules and such in years.

Thanks for the insights!

The earliest record of gunpowder is in a Chinese book from around 850 AD. Gunpowder was first used in warfare in 904, as flaming projectiles called "flying fires." Soon after that its use was expanded to explosive grenades hurled from catapults. Next gunpowder was used as a propellant. The first such use recorded was in 1132 with mortars consisting of bamboo tubes.Mortars with metal tubes first appeared around 1270. Gunpowder spread to the Arabs in the 13th century. The first written reference to gunpowder in Europe was in a book written in 1248.

And the rest, as they say, is history. We all know of the horrors of war and human misery caused throughout the centuries by the use of gunpowder. So would the world have been better off without gunpowder and a better place today?

I had a dream that I dropped my son off at the movie theater at 9pm to go to a dance. When I got home at 12:01am I had forgot to pick him up. He had walked all the across town, and showed crying of a broken ankle, all dirty, and in different clothes as if he had been beaten up.

I would never leave my child anywhere, nor forget about him, so what could this dream mean? Please help!

I shoot mostly portraits and use available light the majority of the time.
Do both cameras have similiar noise issues? Are skin tones natural?
Any input welcome!

PS I am looking at these 2 models as I like the idea of the dust cleaning sensor. The D80 is just slightly more than I want to spend.
