It's not really a question but it's for a good cause. Ten of my paintings (plus sixty more by other artists) will be part of a fund raiser that will include the music of IMA ROBOT.

The information is posted in my 360 blog.

I had a very strange dream after my Mother died and that was that she wanted me to try and contact her Mothers side of the family Which I know NOTHING about, her mom's name was PALMA THERESA STENSVOLD born June 24, 1904 she married Roy Thorson, she was from NORWAY, the only information I have is in her obituary which says she had a sister Mrs. Thora Johnson of St. Croix Falls, Mrs. Ted Meinhardt, I would appreciate any infomation.

Funny men and story tellers such as Bill Cosby and Garrison Keillor seem to be the exception to the rule, but almost every comedian I've seen recently on channels like HBO and Comedy Central seem to have jokes just peppered with more four-letter words than I can count. Other than shock value, is there a reason that that comics would want barrage their fans with this brand of humor when the jokes would be just as funny without the "extra" words? I'm not out to censor what people want to hear, but can anyone name a successful comic that has a "clean" act?

For those who don't know, omphaloskepsis is a word you won't find in all dictionaries, but it refers to the practice of meditating while contemplating one's navel.

I have been clearing out an old house and have found a ton of them.. I see that the companies are somehow related, but I am not sure how to find out their value.
Any help would be appreciated. They are definitely old.

I could maybe earn money for my paintings another way like sell them to a gallery, or go start doing art shows, but how do I come to do this?

I want to know if the film is true to the book, or if they omit or change certain parts.

I'm half-way through the book, and I won't be able to finish it all by tomorrow - so I thought it might be frugal to watch the film, just so I have an idea (I DO plan on finishing the book).

I need to know the name of the Shakespeare character and play in which the character said a similar quote to Iago in Othello when he said, "who steals my purse, steals trash....". I am trying to search everywhere but have no clue where to start. Someone please tell me who it is or give me something to work with.

We differ only if we do not represent the same.
We try to make a difference. But we never make a difference.

What exactly is symbolic logic? Also, Im quite new with philosophy, but was interested with logic from the beginning. Have I stumbled upon something that is of another category itself? It seems that Symbolic Logic is dealing with mathmatics more than philosophy, however, others have said that it is an essential study for any philosopher. I suppose my real question originates from the curiosity of how does it exactly assist in philosophical studies?

If you didn't get that, here's what I'm really on about. I need a few examples of rich or famous people who became rich and famous because they tried something different. They dared to do something that other people would have not done because, well, it was considered "stupid". They dared to be different.

Thanks!
