The whole of the Constitution is void, not just the parts that are in direct conflict with the "Patriot Act", If this government wants to alter the words of the Constitution during times of war, then they should allow gay marriages, and abortion. You can not use the established laws that govern a people to be miss-represented one minute, and want to back them the next, It's is unlawful, and violates the rights of not only the individuals that are being targeted, but the whole people whom these laws govern.

With that said if our government, whom I backed in many instance, decides to go on with the way there deciding to manipulate the laws of the land, then we as a people have the right to get rid of the lot of them, and re-establish the laws and government of said land, as our four fathers once did.

For me it ensures survival. However, if we were given the chance to live without it, I mean, if everything was made and given to us without any of our help or effort needed, would you still like to learn, and why?

I need to put together a silent monologue that consists of just one person (me) doing something that the audience can identify clearly for 1 minute. I can't use any words (can use limited props/ can use chairs/tables/ costumes), just body movements & facial expressions are required. It could be as simply as someone sitting on a couch, channel surfing, or getting ready for school in the morning. I was hoping you could give me ideas as to what sort of routine I could do...

seriously...

i know a lot of people who are religious fanatics when it comes to the teachings of the bible.

but, if beings from other worlds and galaxies started arriving on earth, do you think this would change the way people view the bible and god?

i personally think that it would greatly affect it.

especially since it might be argued that their race has been in existance LONGER than ours, they'd definitely be more technological superior to us.

perhaps it would show that GOD is much bigger than we had always thought he was initially, a bigger picture for a bigger plan.

and, just for the record, i'm NOT saying that god or jesus are aliens, okay? i know there will be those that will jump onto that band-wagon when a question like this is asked.

If this source is not morality what else could it possibly be? If it is morality than would capital punishment not undermine the very source of its power? By killing, the government becomes as amoral as the murderer and thus loses its right to power of punishment. In short how can such an amoral monster as government which murders(punisment and war), lies, and uses humans as tools, be the ultimate distributor of moral justice?
