You really want to research agencies close to where you live, as it will be easier for them to find you jobs hen you are just beginning. Search your hometown and nearby areas and see if you can find any agencies.
Many modeling agencies have open calls that you can attend. They generally want you to wear casual clothes and little/no make-up, and to bring current snapshots or a portfolio if you have one.
If you live in a larger city it will obviously be easier to find a variety of reputable agencies. Make sure to do your research first! Too many people out there are willing to take advantage of young girls with big dreams. You should not have to pay for things!

There's no free modeling agencies. You need to have an education and a profile too. There's a 50/50 chance you'll make it as a model or not. It also depends on what kind of model you want to be too.
