The whole of the Constitution is void, not just the parts that are in direct conflict with the "Patriot Act", If this government wants to alter the words of the Constitution during times of war, then they should allow gay marriages, and abortion. You can not use the established laws that govern a people to be miss-represented one minute, and want to back them the next, It's is unlawful, and violates the rights of not only the individuals that are being targeted, but the whole people whom these laws govern.
With that said if our government, whom I backed in many instance, decides to go on with the way there deciding to manipulate the laws of the land, then we as a people have the right to get rid of the lot of them, and re-establish the laws and government of said land, as our four fathers once did.

Today our government has committed crimes against the people they suppose to protect, and then trying to spread the tainted principles of our government to others. If our government can be so easily altered when we our threatened, not by other governments (as in other wars)but by individuals(terrorist group), then it will completely crumble at the face of a greater threat, so we need to change the government, before such threats come across(Rome was once a super power, and took down many other super powers of there time, but were ruined by barbarians(terrorist), because they became decadent, and to comfortable with the way they were living, and if we continue to allow our government to coax us into this false dream, then we to shall fall) .
Its time for the people to start using there power of the people, powers set forth in both the constitution, the laws of the lands, the heavens, and the declaration of independence.

abuses that were outlined in the declaration to separate ourselves from the previous government, are the same responses we need to separate ourselves from the current government, and re-establish it therein. This government abuses have been set over it’s inter existence, sometimes open to the public, other times hidden, yet still affects the public.
And if this fails we need to follow suits, although I disagree with there tactics, of the NRA, and bare arms just incase this government really needs to be corrected......So that we may insure liberty to ourselves and our posterity

were in the past, the defense in which is suppose to be provided to use is more so used to instill fear in use, promote the general welfare(yeah this is true, if welfare means to allow people to have no where to go after a disaster, or to give tax breaks to the rich so that they can take jobs overseas

Something interseting the "Patorit Act" is not even a law it's a list of documents that refer to laws, so its hard for individuals to pick through the law, it may be clause that can dissolve the Act but because it a list, an individual looking for that clause, would want to target the big ticket items of the list, thus bypassing the actual clauses. My street law teacher was telling the class last year how you will not find the actual Patriot Act in one law book, but it will mention it, and indvidual laws that are included in the act.

its not even about our security, the more secure we've become, the more scared we've become, because for one to be secure, as Bush has said. and even Washington said, in order to be secure you have to take away freedoms, or be ready for war as Washington said, and what person wants to be in that place, secure, but being mointered by someone, and scared. I wouldn't be fun, and thus not really secure, security is a state of mind, not governing power, and a military

It is hard to put this into words.. But.. IF I was the power here in the U.S., I would increase security 5 fold. I think I can foretell the future and the enemy is taking advantage of our lack of security here.. Our lack of security makes the U.S. an easy target. In the not too distant future, the people here will be very sorry that the security had not been increased tremendously to keep the enemy from infiltrating our country.
