its clear, but in the case of glaciers, the refelction of the sky gives it blue accents, and the freezing waters trun it into a white frost, such as when you leave ice in a freeze for a long time it gets freezer burn, sort of, but clean ice should clear, orderless, and taste like water(?).

Ice is frozen water, the colour of the water dictates the colour of the ice.

However if Ice is formed in a total vacuum void of any moisture, Ice becomes nothing, absent of shape form or colour.

This is only my theory and to be honest I have never looked.

Ice talking to you

It depends, if it freezes with lots of air in it it will be whitish, and depending on the colour and purity of the water it could be anywhere from blue to grey. If it freezes VERY quickly and doesn't contain dirt or air, it is clear.

colour is subjective, like sound or scent...
one should not define a colour, only take joy in it's beauty.. relish the wonders of all that surround and absorb you.. humanity is a thin veil, once removed true consciousness is attained

It is clear.
What you see is the refraction of light by the air trapped between the frozen water molecules - hence no air no colour.
