I'm 15 and I really want to be an actress.I live in a small town that hardly anyone knows about if any.My parents don't have a lot of money so they can't pay for lessons in acting so I can't get any experience. My school is small so we don't do plays & all that stuff.I'm a little shy but I'm coming out of it because I know you can't be shy if you want to be an actress. This is a dream of mine & I want to be an actress because I love acting & I think it would be fun.I'm not going to say it's not for the money because everyone wants to have money, but I will say that the money isn't why I want to be an actress.I have no way of acting in commercials or plays so if anyone knows how a person in my situation could get into the acting business please help.Oh yeah & my parents aren't that supportive so if there was a way to act in a commercial or something they wouldn't take me.When school starts my friends & I are going to get a camera & act out our favorite shows so it should help with shynes

Is there a website where I can read Sandpiper by Ellen Wittilinger for free? I've wanted to read this book for a long time and I just havent been able to find it anywhere. I cant order it online or buy it from the book store. I would really just love to be able to read it online. Does anyone know of a website where that's possible?

I want to take up painting and I'm particularly interested on landscape scenes and such. But, I really have no idea on how to get started. I would really rather not take classes but try to work it out on my own and I really don't mind the trial and error part. Anyone have any ideas on how I could start? Materials? Methods? Books?

PS: I've seen some prices in stores and everything seems expensive...how do i keep costs down?

what is good and what is evil? what hitler did was in many ways bad, but wasn't it good for science, the medical aspect of it? wasn't there progress as a consequence of his acts, in political and economic progress, in every sort of progress, is this good or evil. the church did evil things in history, burning people because they were defecient or different, is this good or evil? what america does now in other countries, their wars and the things they influence with their military and economy power, is this good or evil? what is good and what is evil?
is a raindrop good or evil?when it helps a plant grow, it is labeled as good, it can drown an insect, then it is maybe labeled as evil, is it good or evil, and when it's good or evil, should we act by this system, good or evil, we think that murderers are evil, but the don't think that, we see it as evil, it influences everything, and much things are based on this, justice ....
what is good and what is evil.....please say your opinion

I''ve been writing an assortment of novels and short stories since sixth grade (Junior in high-school now) and am apprenticing in photography to help me get imagery down. Any tips about avoiding writer's block and sticking with an idea untill the end?

Plato's works are applauded as great philosophy and great literature. Aristotle's works are applauded as great philosophy but not as great literature (they are apparently course notes written for or by Aristotle's students).

Are 'literary' (artistic) qualities not irrelevant to philosophy? Should not the primary goal of philosophical style be to say what you have to say clearly, unequivocally, and as simply as possible? Why should the philosopher have to 'sell' his ideas by putting them in the pretty but distracting (and often confusing) clothing of 'literary style'?

Hi. I have this beautiful painting and I cannot read the artist’s name. Would you happen to know who the artist is, or anything about the painting? Thank you.

The links are to the photos on Photobucket. Thank you again.
