Is there a website where I can read Sandpiper by Ellen Wittilinger for free? I've wanted to read this book for a long time and I just havent been able to find it anywhere. I cant order it online or buy it from the book store. I would really just love to be able to read it online. Does anyone know of a website where that's possible?

I have a hard time believing that you "can't" order it online or buy it at a bookstore. It would be a different matter if you said you couldn't afford to buy your own copy or you didn't want the hassle of ordering it online. Amazon, I'm sure, is one of the many places you could order it online. And I'm sure many book stores still carry this title--it's only a year old--and even if they don't have it you could special order it from them.

My recommendation request your local library order a copy for their collection. I'm assuming you've already checked your local library and they didn't have it. OR ask your library if they have interlibrary loan services available. If they do, the library will get a copy from another library for you to read.

The book is still in copyright so you cannot find it for free unless you can get your local library to order it for you, but you can buy it for $10.16 plus shipping at alibris.com: http://www.alibris.com/search/search.cfm?qwork=8848468&wtit=SANDPIPER&fiction=Y&matches=21&qsort=r&cm_re=works*listing*title
