Both are Great!!
But, God, of course, being of Heaven and Creator of all, is central in ALL things.

However, you should implicitly love and obey both.
It happens, but it is generally rare that a mother will Command you to do something that is contrary to God's Commands anyway ... other than, possibly, wanting you to do something on the Sabbath day that is not in harmony with it - but even that is likely to be family-oriented, and the Great God above is all for families!
So, fundamentally, there is rarely any debate between which to obey. Most mothers love their children and usually want what's best for them.
That's why we are angering Him so much these days ... and why the earth will show its vengeance upon Mankind - because of our defiance and disrespect for parental authority and lack of love and respect for siblings today.

Now, Just to take this question into the fuller realms of things, I believe it is quite in order for me to explain to you that the God, you worship [above] is your literal Father in Heaven. That is, He is the Father of your spirit ... though, obviously, He is not the father of your body. He had only one Begotten in the flesh, and that was Jesus.

However, do you realize that if you have a literal Father in Heaven, you also have a Mother in Heaven?
Yes.
But she is kept out of the way of our terrible harm by our Father ... but you will again see her one day - in the eternities, where you will have the chance, if obedient, to be with her forever.

So, when I first read your question, I was taken across by this thought, and wondered whether you were asking about a female Mother in Heaven.
Yes; you do have one.
We ALL do.
She is our most precious Mother.
May we prove ourselves worthy of her.

Largely, we are practising with our earthly parents to decide the answer to that very question of worthiness!

I think that if one undertands the TRUE nature of God (not what's on the scriptures), then God would be greater than the whole world put together.
