You would need short arms and a long neck and tongue. Perhaps if you were a contortionist you could dislocate your shoulder and lick your elbow.

I have heard the variation "Don't shouldn't stick anything in your ear except your elbow" to discourage children from sticking things in their ears.

Now that's funny watching kids try to do that.

Well Ellem: hypothetically, if you were to sit on my lap facing me, we could lick each other's elbows easily without inclining, so your premise may be false.

I mentioned hypothetically, because before I see you I will not entertain your sitting on my lap or licking my elbow. I have to add, that I do not have any erogenous feelings in my elbow and have yet to meet a girl who has had either.

For erogenous zones in men, set your sights lower.

In a book I read as a kid, this little girl proved she was a fairy by kissing her own elbow, and I tried it, needless to say it didn't work. I think because we've been told for so long that it isn't possible.
