Sex

A noted sex therapist realized that people often lie about the frequency of their encounters, so he devised a test to tell for certain how often someone had sex. To prove his theory, he filled up an auditorium with people, and went down the line asking each person to smile. Using the size of the person's smile, the therapist was able to guess accurately how often each person had sex.

The last man in line was grinning from ear to ear.

"Twice a day," the therapist guessed, but was surprised when the man said no.

"Once a day, then?" Again the answer was no.

"Twice a week?"

"No."

"Twice a month?"

"No."

When the doctor asked, "Once a year?" the man finally said yes.

The therapist was angry that his theory hadn't worked with this individual, and he asked the man, "What the heck are you so happy about?"

The man answered, "Tonight's the night!"

my mum has very long hair that just down to her middle thighs.She started to grow her hair when she was in her late 30's.Now she is 45 years old.She wears her black straight mane into a huge braid bun that fixed on her head with a big hairnet.Since every friend of hers does not like her super long hair,my mum cut it short today,to should length.During the cut,lot of tear came out from mum's eyes.She used to be a very strong one ,and it was my first time saw her crying.This whole day she was very sad,which made me very sad too.I thought mum treated her hair like her treasure,and now she has lost it and could never get back (due to her age).I would ask girls ,why my mum was so sad ,What did she feel when the hairdresser chop her long hair?I have no courage to ask her directly.

i heard that spirits that people see are actually demons masquerading in the form of other peoples spirits. if thats true, then why is it that sometimes a day or night just before some people die, they say they saw a dead relative telling them its time for them to go? was it a relatives spirit or a demon they saw?

I started a new job and was told they hold a pay period behind. It is a salary position paid bi-weekly. The comtroller is out 'sick' (she's having babies this week) and no one here can seem to answer my questions. I'm pretty naive when it comes to what amount of money I will be getting on my first paycheck. I assumed I'd get one two weeks ago, now I find out it'll be the 4th and while rent will be three days late I am trying to budget for the rest of the month.

Any and all information would be helpful. Lord knows I should have paid attention in an econ class.

Just wondering on general opinions about getting married young. I personally plan on getting married around 23-24 after daying my boyfriend for over 3 years. (I'm 22 now.) We personally think that it's not too young at all, and it'll actually be easier on me and boyfriend to be together earlier since we can't live together until we married.

My cousin got married at 19 to a 24 year old guy and they've lived happily together for the last 10 years, no problems.

Recently a friend of mine got married at 22 to a 25 year old guy, and they seem very down-to-earth and happy with the marriage.

A family friend's daughter just got married at 18 to a 19 year old. I feel less comfortable with this because they're practically out of high school, not college.


How young is too young? When do you think someone is old enough to make such an important decision about their life?

It all sounds like Yoga to me. Jesus was speaking about all of these things... "take my YOKE"... and Yoga means "To Yoke."

The yogis are the ones who sit in "Sackcloth and Ashes." Jesus said that this is how to repent... "in sackcloth and ashes."

And if you put John 3:16 in context, it is about the LIGHT of God and Spirit, not sacrifice for sins. Sounds like enlightenment to me.

Haven't these things been taken out of their original Eastern Spiritual context? Why has Christianity moved away from the things Jesus was actually preaching?

I've read that some Mormon teachings are that if one is a good Mormon on Earth, when they die they can be elevated to the status of a God of another planet.

First of all, is that truly a Mormon belief? I am not a Mormon so I am asking truly out of not knowing what the answer is or perhaps what might this belief be if stated more accurately.

Secondly, have there been any Mormons good enough to have reached this status of God of another planet, or will there be some day in the future when all those who made the grade will be released into the universe to go rule over their planets, kinda like the land rushes of the early settlers in America (and wasn't that how the first Mormons got established around Utah? Could be a theme or idea in common. I dunno.)

And Thirdly, if there are Mormons right now graduated to God-like status over other planets, are there a whole bunch of them? They must be very far away because we have not found intelligent life on other planets "near" us yet

In november my ex of 2 years told me she just didnt love me anymore and that shed been faking our relationship. As time went on we just kept arguing and gradually now shes been saying that it wasnt that she didnt love me but that she needed to figure herself out. Ever since we graduated college in May i could tell something was wrong but she never told me until now that we're seperated. Whenever i try to telling her we need time apart so we can be true friends again, she always tells me something like oh ive been thinking about getting back together and i stilll have all these feelings for you. I feel like she either means it or just doesnt want me to move on. And i'm just getting tired of all this talk im not sure if shes just toying with me or she means it. Has anybody really need a break because they didnt feel independent, or do you think shes just doing all of this to keep me at her side until she can finally move on? This is driving me CRAZY! I don't have a car but I am almost to the point where I am going to take the bus over to his house if this continues!

We had a big argument last wednesday.. but we talked friday and saturday on the phone and he said that sunday we will hang out and talk.. i asked if he was mad he said "no.. its all in the past.. i want to work on getting past it and being with you.. i love you".. so i was planning that yesterday we'd be together.. well nope.. no call.. i called a bunch of times.. no call back.. left a few messages saying i was worried bout him.. nothing.

Here is the kicker.. He is on my myspace.. I have sent him 2 messages.. and just now I checked my sent mail and noticed that he READ both of them and didn't even reply back.. WTF?!

I can not for the life of me figure this one out.. when we talked on the phone he seemed fine.. that nothing was bothering him at all.

he claims he gets busy working.. but comon.. can't be that busy to NOT call me.
