Call the cops on them... These guys think you are a pushover...show them you are not. Fire anyone at anytime that can't be trusted. Otherwise, you'll be going out of business because they are stealing all the profits and the inventory that you paid for. Shame on you if you don't...you'll become the fool they think you are. Time to toughen up babe.

...and next time be smart and hire a woman and tell her why. Better luck in the New Year.

Please rewrite your question and check your spelling before you ask as we don't understand what you are stating or asking?? Anyone who steals from you needs to be reprimanded and if continues then fired of course and what are they bringing?

He should be fired for stealing, that isn't appropriate & shouldn't be appropriate behavior.

Other then that, I do not know what other problems that you have.

You may want to keep a tight ship & make it so that person, can't break in, or steal anything.

We are in a bad world, where those people who are on welfare: think that society owe's them something. After all we through our taxes, pave their way in society & they are stealing money from us legally, through our tax money. It's not the goverment that pays for their bad habits, or expensive tastes: I've seen them buy Lobster in the stores with their welfare money, while checking them through the registers myself.

Call the police? It would be a good idea, if you have the evidence to convict him. Also, remember that the police can be corrupt aslo, so it may help matters, or it may not. You should have involved the police int his matter to begin with. Even if it is petty theft, or worse.

Translation:

Today,

I fired an employee at work because he steals items.

And brings???? Now other employees are stealing, too.

Help me, please.

Perhaps you fired the wrong employee. You may need to call the police and press charges. Do you have proof of these accusations

Fire the bastards, or call the police. Then take literacy lessons so your questions make more sense.

If your writing skills (or lack of) are an indication of your supervisory skills, they may be trying to get you to quit or have you fired since this is happening on your watch.

If the guy was breaking the law and you knew about it then you were right to fire him. I assume you meant steals not stills but if he is brewing alcohol on work time and other guys are joining in then you are still right to fire him.
