Hello,

A year ago a person in my home town told me that if I built a turn key system for lead generation, that we could pull in 400 leads a month, and roughly make at least $2,500 a month if not more. I spent 9 months building a turn key system, fixing every bug asked to fix, and implementing every feature asked to implement. 7 months ago momentum started to slow, almost coming to a halt.

I have attempted to correspond with this person via phone & e-mail, and no go. He is a 9 year salesman for one of the biggest timeshare companies in North America. The potential monies I'm going to lose is in the hundreds of thousands, as well as I have $50k of my own time & money invested here.

Do I have any legal rights with 9 months worth of e-mail, and no real contract? I would love to at least get my $50k after legal fees but I'd also like to be compensated for all the unnecessary stress this has caused over the last year. Perhaps even sue for the financial loss over time.

What is the difference between a plan of action and a comprehensive plan. Please be as detailed as possible.

(I have a vague understanding, but it is not clear to me)

From what I understand, a comprehensive plan is a plan to develop a program or create an innovation to an existing program. A plan of action, is a plan to make necessary improvements to an existing program. (Am I correct?)

The problem is that when I looked online, some comphrensive plans looked like action plans and vis-a-versa. Please provide insight!

my husband and i have been married for 2 1/2 years we have just recently gotten back together after being seperated for 8 months the reason we seperated is my step daughters mother i felt like he always put her before me becacuse he didnt want to fight with her and have her take his privelages with his daughter away. this woman hates me and would do and say anything to ruin our marriage she even said about a year ago that he was cheating on me with her (he denies it) thats been almost a year ago he seems to have chaned hes putting me first in his life and seems to be doing everything he can to work on our marriage i love him and want our marriage to work i also have a hard time with my step daughter who is only 3 i know she is only an innocent child but being around her only reminds me of what her mother did and all he hard hard times i have had becacuse of her mother. how do i deal with this

Ok, so I have this old emachine tower and I wanted to get it running with linux ubuntu because I think its a pretty neat software and all i do is browse the internet so why not. Anyways I had used this computer about....5 months back till the cheap hard drive went out on me. So I look in the case and than i saw the mother board.......Holy Crap!! Now, I think this is bad but Im not computer engineer so ill ask you. Ok I don't know what they are called but its the thing on the back of the motherboard where you plug you extra stuff into like extra usb ports, modems , and that sourt of stuff. But the last one looks like it was ripped right of the mother board. Does this mean that the motherboard is unuseable? Or will it still work?

I'm 5'3 and weigh 140 lbs. I'm trying to lose weight and have started something in the last 2 weeks. I have cut out all carbs, sweets and junk food and I am on my stationnarybike 30-40 minutes a day. Will that do any good? I'm trying to go down to 125 lbs in the next few months.

Well.... I am in HS. And I like this girl. This girl figures me to be her best friend type of person. Whatever. So... shes then like, "can i tell you a secret, I like your best friend." . So, my best friend knew the whole time that I liked her. Once he found out he was like "I dont want to go out with her... blah blah blah.. we bros, i cant do that to you". 3 weeks later, they go out. I have a great invention, seriously! my problem is I have no money,I am afraid to tell anyone about it. I am afraid someone will come up with the same one. I do not know where or how to do a patent search,or how to make a prototype. I do not know how to get it patented.I do not have the money. I have had people tell me that this is a good idea and they are interested. Everyone I have told without really telling them say that it is a project that would go somewhere, There were a few deaths in the family so I have not talked to anyone about it for a while. There are seminars I could go to. seminars that I have to pay for and like I said I have no money. I have no idea what to do with the tech side, financial, and I think this would market itself easily. I just need protection for now.I believe if it was patented then the rest would fall into place financially through investments.Where do I go. If you can answer this then you deserve many points. This makes me sick just thinking about it.
