You guys herd about this? If you roll a bamboo stick , or beer bottle over your shin for an hour a day , you will build callicus on your shins , and kill the nerves in them. Have you herd this , I have seen some people in my gym who do this , dont know if it really works , know of anything else that works?

-just wondering because it really ****** hurts when you get your leg kick blocked with a knee.

is not just 2 words.... but each need to consist 4 or 5
letters... but if u have 4 for the first, u can't have 5 for the second same thing goes with 5 for the first...so u need to have it constant
n most IMPORTANT thing is the first letter from those 2 words have to be the same....I like somethin like
"Drop Dead"> for 4 letters
"Angry Alien"> for 5 letters

n HATE somethin like "dream stars"

Why is it that you kiss the feet of Jesus and worship idols?!
It clearly states in Deutoronomy: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image or worship it.
Why is it that you worship Mary? Did you not know that Mary was a sinner?? She's just a woman, not the mother of God! In the Bible, you can see the Jesus refers to her a "woman" like every other lady, NOT "O sweet mother of thy father"!!!
BUT ESPECIALLY, WHY IS IT THAT YOU DOUBT YOU'RE OWN SALVATION?!?! IF YOU BOTHER TO READ THE REAL VERSION OF THE BIBLE, nearly the whole testament is basically filled with how to go to heaven.
In Romans, it states: "By grace are ye saved THROUGH FAITH, AND THAT NOT OF YOURSELVES. It is the gift of God, NOT OF WORKS, that any man shall boast.
So, you do charity work and HOPEFULLY make it to heaven.

My husband left me the day before Christmas Eve. We have been together four years and have two kids, one is his biological and the other he has raised since he was a baby. We have never spent a whole day apart the whole time we've been together. For the past two months, he's been cheating on me with a 17 year old girl that he met on a dating site. She is quite a bit less attractive than me, but she was a virgin before she met him. Our relationship wasn't alway perfect. At times I questioned whether he was the one and I often took him for granted and tried to drive down his self-esteem because of my own insecurities. He always treated me good and did everything for me until he met her. Now he went to go live with this girl and her parents and took our daughter with him. (I am a full time student and I work). Now I realize that I made alot of mistakes and I drove him away, but is it too late?

Well today unfortunetly I was wearing black undies xD
And when I went to the toilett , I had white Discharge. Which yeah i know is normal, but there was like a reddy substance on it.. But like i got Toilet paper and wiped and it didn't Show on the toilet paper but it did and then it went more pinky kind of on my undies and i couldn't tell if it was my period or what. Like there was hardly ANY,
like less then a pinky nail EVEN (maybe lol)

so yea i put white undies on so i can tell if its actually them again lol it'll be more easier to spot ehh .. i spoke to my friend about it and she said go get a pad but like.. it doesnt seem like anything? like.. it was HARDLY any my mum said it can be light and she didnt even realise when she got hers but do you think that was it? i didnt have cramps or anything today though.. and my mum said she had severe cramps whenshe was younger.

Are they my Periods, though? Or shall I just wait until The next time i "Get them",

or will they constantly be under the glare of publicity and innuendo that surrounds their parents and missing older sister? Do you think that they could be emotionally damaged by the events of this year - even though they may not remember them, but from stories they read and hear as they get older?
