Okay well i am 15 and moved from a fancy Paris street to a raunchy New York jungle and I completely miss home! I am 5 foot 6 inches and have green eyes and brownish red hair. I am very polite and civilized. Everyone here seems dirty and pierced all over. No one will talk to me and it is so hard on me coming from all my friends in Paris to America. Can anyone assure me that I am not an ugly beast and that I may be somewhat noraml or pretty or something? Any assurance appreiciated! Thanks a bundle everyone!

During my divorce my ex was ordered to pay me 7500.00 whihc was half of the credit card debt. Since he rarely worked and his credit sucked ( which thanks to him mine now does), all the cards were in my name with him just as an authorized user. Our debt was about 15,000. After the judgement against him, he has quit his job and has not paid his judgement against him to me. My lawyer says there is nothing i can do until he goes to work and i can garnish his wages. That these cases are easy to get the judgement but hard to collect the money. I have since negoiatated with all 4 companies and paid these cards off by doing a settlement with them, I paid in full about 50% total of what we due as each company offered me a different settlement amount. I heard that if i owed ( liabilities) more than i owned ( assets) at the time of the divorce that i do not have to claim this income and file these 1099cs i have read about..is there any truth to that??..i sure hope so...

...although we have nothing to fight over such as kids, property, money, etc? We were only married a couple of months. If it IS considered contested then I have no choice but to hire a lawyer. I wear shirts, socks, and underwear just once before I throw them in the hamper. Pants, jeans, or sweaters usually 2 or 3 days. And for heavier jackets that need to be dry cleaner, possibly up to 7 times before I have them laundered, depending on how fast they get stinky.

I don't see how people can keep their clothes smelling fresh and clean all the time. I have a cousin with a bunch of clothes in her closet and they are all bunched up next to each other, and she probably hasn't washed or laundered most of them in ages, yet when she pulls them out for me to try on they smell so clean and fresh.

My clothes on the other hand get stinky and smelly pretty quick, no matter what I do or don't do. Not that they get dirty, but they just start to age and get all musty. Febreeze might help a little bit, but not like a fresh wash would do. So how do people keep their clothes smelling so clean and fresh all the time? I'm not going to spray all my clothes with perfume either.

well my last period was november 17 and im not ever on time usually 28-32 days well i still havent gotten my period!!! but i have also had alot of stress with the holidays and moving into my 1st house so i dont know what to think.. i've had like period cramps and i havent taken a test bc i get these cramps and im like well it will be here in the morning and its still not here are there any signs other than a missed period that could tell me i may be pregnant?? i know i need to take a test so please dont tell me that!!! any idea thanks

So I went to my boyfriends house and his mom said he was up in his room and just to go up.So I was walking up the stairs and i could hear him moaning..? Of course, I'm talking about your kids' dating. Does your kids' suitor have to come over and spend an evening with you before going on a date with your daugher/son? In general, I'm just curious about how you all handle this. Also, when you answer, could you say whether you have a son or a daughter and how old that son or daughter is? Still yet, if your kids are now adults, I would be happy to read about how you managed this situation when your kids were underage.

Some of my most admired contacts had their account terminated (suspension is a misnomer), which got me to thinking about the whole suspension thing. I am amazed that there is not inbetween, just loss of account. So....I offered a suggestion to Yahoo. I have lived in Los Angeles for over 60 yrs. and the Rose Bowl has always been played right after the Rose Parade, BUT, the last couple of years it was played a few days later. I see that this New Years Game is again right after the Parade. Does anyone know why for the past couple of years it was NOT played after the parade? Seems like it would be so very inconvenient for visitors having to spend 3-4 extra days here. Thank you.
