...although we have nothing to fight over such as kids, property, money, etc? We were only married a couple of months. If it IS considered contested then I have no choice but to hire a lawyer. But if there is nothing to dispute, then can I be granted a divorce anyway? I never did anything to him. I never cheated or anything. He assaulted me, and now I'm trying to divorce him.

KEITH, He's assulted me twice. Almost broke my arm. Tried to hold a pillow over my face. When I fought back it only got worse. Do you not think if I fight back that he won't end up killing me? HELLO! I also don't want my kids to have to live like this. If it's against the Bible, then I'll sacrifice myself to hell for my kids sake.
