My wife pays 0% of the bills/rent/groceries etc and does 98% of the housework and 60% of the cooking. I pay 100% of all the expenses and do only 2% of the housework/laundry and 40% of the cooking. I work full time and provide a decent living while my wife stays home with the kids (the youngest is now 11)

My wife thinks that her doing all of my laundry is a laudable sacrafice that goes beyond anything I do. She thinks that paying the bills is something I would have to do anyway even if she was not around.

So is the act of working to do the laundry for your family somehow better than working to earn the money to put food on the table?

I dont know how to explain this but what is it called when people start to say blunt stuff. To clear things up for example my moms uncle had cancer and 2 days before his death he starts to remember people who are dead and starts to recite their name or stuff like this. Now my grandppa has pneumonia and my father calls and tells my mom he is saying things like If i survive through this day i will survive or etc. Like they start acting weird and all. Not to be cruel. But what is this? Is this an indicator of anything. I know they gave him sedatives, etc.

I want to beleive in a religon. Is voodoo real? what about santeria? neither of them are bad, depends on the person. I dont beleive in either however, im into sure of any religon. who is when there 18 and we dont get signs, were just suppose to rely on faith.. i am very curious about these 2 mysterious ways; thought id just ask and add them in there, advice..

My dad commited sucicide 2 wks ago. He was impulsive, he actually had his car running ready to go to work and within 3 or so minutes changed his mind. I'm 25. I can't find any support groups for kids my age dealing with the death of a parent this way. I think it was impulse but I'd like to know if any other people have experienced this and what gave them the strenght to deal. Sometimes I feel like I haven't accepted it. I'm sad, but not crying the way I feel i should. I'm having nightmares, fears of nightmares and an unrational fear of the dark. I'm also not sleeping well. I know that my dad loved me and that he knows I loved him, as well as my mother. I feel as though he "snapped". He was depressed but was the rock of the family. I cannot express the surprise in this act. I also have a young son that he adored. We're all heartbroken and trying to deal. Any help from someone in a simliar situation would be great.

Ok, first be civil, second be open minded...no one will take your answers to this question seriously if you don't approach it seriously and open minded. Here goes. I can not understand why some people do not believe Jesus was real and the son of God or at least a messenger of God. Lets just first exclude the bible and go to historical records. Many historical records have been found that show Jesus was real and was advocating reforms in Jewish laws set by the Pharisees, as well as Cesar's laws. He was taking down the harmful Pharisee's way of God and promoting the love and forgiveness of God. Second thing I want to approach is this. No one can say that Jesus was doing anything for wealth, fame, power, control, or political reasons. Through out history, in every country we can think of many great and wonderful people...but how many of them completely gave themselves to us literally. He did everything he could to show Gods love. With actual historical records why not believe? TY

I met this guy online a few days ago and we've been talking everyday since then. I really like him and I think he likes me, and he told me he was dedicated, and that he didn't see why we wouldn't become a couple.
