what's the quickest ways to get a container of water to evaporate? should i put it by a bright light or outside? i don't want the water to freeze if i put it outside.

If the water will freeze outdoors, then you are heating the indoors and the air will be very dry. The higher temperature and drier air will evaporate much faster indoors.

BOIL IT... water boils at 100 degrees celcius and then evaporates
