As aforementioned, I recently acquired a installable pull-up bar, the kind where you drill holes in the wall to install the mounts for the bar itself. The walls are sheetrock behind the usual plaster, with a stud every few inches. The capacity of the bar, according to the box, is 350 pounds. My question is this: Will the walls be able to suppport 150-300 pounds of stress from the mounts without tearing or other such deformities?

None and I mean None are telling the truth, they are all in it for themselves.
They all have to answer to the special interest group that is paying for their Campaign .
They all pledge to do something about this and that, but besides looking for a sound bite they will skate the issue once elected.

my fiance has two kids from another woman and he wants to file for visitation rights because she wont let him see them anymore but he doesnt know and needs her physical address. problem is, he lives in california and she lives in nevada and of course she wont give it to him so i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions how he could find out or any good web sites to search? any help would be greatly appreciated!

How do you cope with changing religious beliefs?

I don't believe exactly the same dogma I was taught as a child anymore. But I don't want to throw the baby out with the bathwater (so to speak).

How do you deal with the disillusionment and hurt of finding out that you no longer believe what your folks taught you but still continue to be a spiritual person?

On these 'news' sites, which I don't trust, there was something posted that Batista was messing with some kind and calling him fat. That led to security coming in. If this is true then Batista's a jerk and I'll never respect him again. I looked past his botched moves and stuff because he's a decent champion, but if this is really confirmed then I'm done.

What are your thoughts on Batista picking on someone?

When a new religion takes the place of an old one, there is inevitably bloodshed. I mean, the proponents of the new religion are trying to convince people to forsake their existing religion. The thing is, the proponents don’t have more proof for the new religion or tangible evidence of any sort, all they have is their word, but in the case of Christianity, they had a book. Wow! A book in an age where 90% of people were illiterate. So they must have used violence, but of course, bloodshed at the start of religion has such dark connotations, so knowledge of it was suppressed wasn’t it?

Think about it. What would happen if one day, someone in line for the thrown adopts a child and later on dies. That adopted child would be next in line. Do you think the crown would allow it? A little Koren or African baby grows up to be the King or Queen of England. That would be pretty cool I think.

if it pulls for outdoors then my question is WHY? someone was explaining to me how a heat pump works nd it just doesnt make sence to take air from the cold outdoors and extract heat from it or when its hot out to pull HOT air from outside and try to cool it. please explain how a heat-pump works and why outdoor air is used.
