Sorry, pancakes of any type aren't really that good for you. They are pure carbohydrates.

If the pancakes are made with a whole grain mix (i.e., Hodgson Mills as opposed to Bisquick) and real blueberries, then they're good. My husband and I buy the Hodgson Mills mix. It's healthier and cheaper than Bisquick. (Bisquick has one that claims to be "heart healthy" but is still made with enriched flour. Go figure.) We also use real maple syrup and Smart Balance all natural oil spred. Yummy and healthy.

If they are homemade whole wheat blueberry pancakes with healthy organic ingredients, the yes they are, because I have them every Saturday and I am a health freak.

Not much more health value than a slice of bread. They have slightly more nutrient value than plain pancakes, but I doubt you can get enough blueberries in them to make much difference. If you add eggs, or butter you increase the fat content to whatever the label lists is already present.

they aren't healthy nor unhealthy. they are ok. the blueberries on them is good but no batter like that in the world can be good for you. if they are homemade, they are ok. if it's frozen (like eggos, ect), probably not so good. if it's some crazy healthy for you frozen pancake brand than take their word for it but make sure you check the health label. it all depends sort of, so make sure you check the health label on the back of frozen ones and eat the homemade pancakes in moderation. =]

I wouldn't call them healthy for you. Adding blueberries can make you feel less guilty though--and it's a better choice than chocolate chips!

Are they homemade? or atleast organic? If not then no theyre most likely poison to your body. How many fat calories? Unimportant. Seriously, set your priorities straight.

Buttermilk has lots of fat in. Pancakes tend to have sugar in.
