What timing! I came here to determine if Corningware was oven safe. It is!

The funny part is I'm roasting a pork loin as I write this. The internal temperature (from what I've been able to determine)
is about 150-155.

If you follow the other post, 145-150 should work with the rise in temperature when you remove it from the oven.

Internal Temperature For Pork Loin

150 for pork. Older references may say 170-but by then it's dried out. There hasn't been a case of trichinosis in the US in over 50 years, so 150 is safe, tender and juicy.

140-145....I'd go with 140 because there will be a 5 degree rise in temp after you take it out of the oven. Leave it alone for a while before you slice it.
