I bought two amaryllis flower bulbs that come in a box. One for myself and the other for my sister. We planted them at the same time and placed them both in a window sill where they will get a lot of sun, and they both seemed to be doing alright. I noticed that hers is growing faster and is getting ready to bloom (you can see the red petals ready to open) byt my flower looks about the same as it did when I planted it. The stem where the bloom would be seems to have a tear and to me doesn't seem like it will ever bloom. Should I trim that part off? And will another stalk/stem/bloom appear? There seems to be something that looks like what could be a stem with a bloom, but being new to amaryllis flowers, I'm not sure. Any suggestions?

I have snowboarded a total of about 12 days on vacation but am soon going to college at Colorado @ Boulder and am planning to get my own board and snowboard frequently at the nearby Eldora Resort. I can complete fast skidded or linked J-turns with ease on greens and on some blues. How long would it take for me to fly down most runs and be able to tackle most of the jumps and rails at the terrain park? I am planning on boarding at least once a week and possibly more.

With the price of real estate predicted to be dropping in 08, does it mean that brand new homes, which today are already selling for cheaper than used homes, will be even cheaper next year? When do you guys think will be the best time to buy?

I did write her an email, but she didn't even bother to truly look at it. Again, she leaves me feeling that I can't do anything good. What do you think of her response? What can I do to stop this?

I don't know how many times I can apologize. Even the doctor said it was better to come in rather than to not and let something be broken or whatnot.

I have done the very best I can. I've gone out of my way to take JJ to his physical therapy against my husband saying gas is expensive. I did it out of love for my mother and my brother. The kids spend time with you. Cherana doesn't even let her mother or father spend time with her kids. I gave up a cell phone and have another one if you need it. I'm giving up my PS2 to JJ since I don't need it and I know it will make him feel better.

do you and your hubby sleep in the same room/bed. I am hearing more and more often about couples that don't share the same room cause either the husband snores or one of them keeps the otherone awake. I am not saying that it has anything to do with the relationship, these are ppl that have a really good relationship but like sleeping alone cause they get better rest. My husband is a horrible snoring but we are a young new couple just wondering if others will think this is odd if we don't have the same room, like when my daughter is grown will she think we are freaks haha. Just wondering.

don't get me wrong i love my mates but they make me feel so bad!! I live for footy (im a female btw) i train 3 times a week and play on sats and sun, so i never socialise with them so that annoys them, telling me there more to life but to me there not!!! i also dress different im into the typical rock music and dress sense so wen they see me they look at me like im a freak, it knocks my confidence! i dont like seeing them out of school anymore cause of they way they act, looking at "hot boys" ect they dont care about my football, even wen i was in hospital with a broken foot from a match? whats wrong?
