I am aware that many people of different faiths or those who don't like tradition won't be. But I guess what i am asking those people is what do you choose instead?

I'll probably have an Asda red onion & goats cheese parcel & sprouts, gotta have sprouts....the rest of the family will have beef

Roast chicken.Imuch prefer it to turkey anyway,but tradition has taken over and we will be having turkey,along with most of the population.

Maybe gammon or a steak pie, we're having Turkey on Christmas Day, Gammon on Boxing day and Steak Pie at New Year!

I'm having beef AND turkey on Christmas Day though :-)

I love stuffed salmon...my family eats a lot of seafood...so we usually have some kind of fish in place of Turkey and chicken

Beef Wellington - it has more taste than turkey and is more special.
