Does the court consider lawyer who represent a party in a law suit as "a party to this action"? Can he sign his name on a Proof of Service by Mail when sending notice to the other party?

need help
a friend got injure at work he ask to be taking to the hospital hes bose told him NO and just to go see his regular doctor is been two weeks of doctors apointments and finally MRI wich shows all the knew damage and a prescription paper from the doctors that it happend at work and do take to his job and ask for Workers’ Compensation
2 weeks later the bose told him to pay his own bill or he will be fired this week

what can he do ?

I just purchased a new Abu Garcia Ambassadeur Big Game fishing reel and am wondering what would be a recommended rod for me. I like going surf fishing for stripers and perch as well as fishing for rockfish off of rock points and in coves. I think I prefer a rod in the 9 foot range. I've only used cheapo rods from 8 to 11 feet long. What would be some ideal brands and models for me to check out that would make it capable for me to cast out pretty far and take some abuse from the surf and rocks. Thanks.

As bad as this sounds,i want to be able to work and have a decent job one day but dont want to deal with college anymore.

I went for 2 years and just absolutely hate school.i have no problems working,i really enjoy working,and im a quick learner at almost any job.i am intrested in working as an x-ray technician...can i be trained to work as one or do i need a degree first?is there some kind of entry level job i can do first to work my way up?

So doesn't freedom infact require religion? Not forced religion, I'm not saying to have a free country you have to have a official religion or anything, but you still need religions in order to have freedom, because one essential freedom is the freedom of religion, the right to think and believe however you see fit...

We are having Christmas dinner at our home. It's going to be a small get-together. I don't know if I'm going to cook or just order a complete meal from the local grocery store. I have a relative that never compliments my cooking and I think that's rude. I mean how can you just sit there and eat without saying anything? I always tell her that her food tastes good. I know this sounds petty but this is just one thing out of many that drives me nuts about this woman. Anyway, would you cook for her or just order food? I see it all the time a fake chanel, louis vuitton Balenciaga prada! why???? I dont know why people think they are fooling anyone with their fake bags . I spend so much money on my bags because I love them , and the quality of the design! So when I see someone with a fake, it makes me sick! So ladies who has fakes and why would you carry one? Besides the real ones are out of your price range. Because if you cant afford the real one...dont get a fake.. Buy like something like coach or dooney or micheal by micheal or marc by marc please spare us of those who spend money on the real ones!

If I borrow say 100K against my home line of credit at 6%. Then I plan to invest this in a low risk mutual fund. My two questions are:
1) I am hoping that I would be able to write off the complete 6000 dollars (cost of borrowing) while filing my taxes. Is this correct.
2) How much should be the minimum return on investment to make this a sound decision.
