This happened to me numerous times in the past. Like I was dreaming of falling off a stair, cliff, bike, plane, etc. and I suddenly woke up by like a falling reaction. (I cant describe it well) This happen to anyone?

Usually when we have those kind of dream its because we are overstress . Are you stress/

Yes this type of dream I have had many times, It is supposed to mean that our spirit has left the body and the falling part is when your spirit returns into your body. It is somewhat like "Astral Projection"

the falling reaction is known as a hynogogic jerk... it's one of those weird side effect of sleep chemicals being released in the brain. weird, but completely normal. happens to me all the time.
