my friend was driving a car registerd to me (that i have been letting her drive for the past 5 months) and she decided to go to a pharmacy drive through, say she was someone else, and obtain this other person's pain killer.

we know this other person (the one she took the rx from) and the person called the cops. I had no idea my friend was going to do this, was not in the car, i have no record and i was at work all day (which can be verified).

the person that called the cops knows that i have nothing to do with it but wants to bust my friend. that is perfectly fine with me. here comes the bad part.

i used to buy a few from the person that has the rx, and when they catch my friend, she will try to bring us both down with her. i haven't bought any in a couple of weeks, and my system is clean, the car i drive is clean, my apt is clean and my record is clean.
would what she tells the officer be considered heresay? or could i face charges (with no physical evidence)??

this is for my sister she needs advice

i was in a relationship with someone who showed a lot of signs of sincerity and caring in the midst of all this is ex fiance of a year and half ago contacts him through email saying she was sorry for what she did and she still has feelings for him. meanwhile this girl really did him wrong so he had mixed feelings for her which ended our relationship. my question is when we had broken up we had a talk and i told him that i didnt want him to contact me unless he was110% sure he wanted to be with me. so after about 3 and half weeks i get a text message " would it be okay if i gave you a christmas gift"? so what i wrote back was " if that is something you feel you would like to do you shouldnt have to ask me" and his response was "okay".

that was about a week ago and he doesnt call or keep up any form of comunication that was it. for me that was a very strange situation what do you guys think?

There is this junior that i like at my school but i don't know him that well. he is really hott and people tell me he is nice. I would love to get to know him! i am a freshmen though. but EVERYDAY when i pass him in the hallways he always glances at me, he glances at me at lunch, he looks at me when he thinks i am not looking but my friends are for me, he sometimes stares at me in the morning times, and he will kinda show off by bending over to tie his shoes in front of me, sticking his butt out in front of me, and standing right in front of me stretching and taking off his sweatshirt. My friends think he is interested in me but he has a gf from a diff town and they have been goin out for like 3 weeks. I know i don't know him...but i know that i am attracted to him...cuz he makes me happy and he is all i think about. based on all the stuff i have listed above....could he possibly be a tiny bit interested in me???

i got accepted to FIT in Manhattan!!! i even got a loan of 20 grand, i passed the high school equivalency exam [meaning i get my diploma] and im all set---and it's only DECEMBER. more than half of the seniors aren't even applying to colleges yet. The thought of being on my own it great, but nerve-racking. I'm going to be away from home...which is like 10 miles from NYC, but it isn't the same being with my family. Im nervous right now....please give me advice how I can work out to be on my own. I hate asking my dad for help--the old ignorant bastard. I want to do things on my own.

Does the Sony Cyber-Shot digital camera come with a memory stick? I'm thinking of buying one as a Christmas gift but I don't know if I also need to buy a memory stick for it or if one comes with the camera. I would like him to be able to use it to take pictures on Christmas Day. Thank you.

I found some people who loves dogs don't like children, they call them germy, noisy.
Some like my grandma, hates dogs, she think they're the germy ones, that stinks. We can't even go near them, and had to wash our hands 10 time after we touch them, so what are you? a child person or animal person?
