I've been in love with a guy for 25 years who is 7 years younger. Why wouldn't I accept him? Age is just a number, it has nothing to do with compatibility and attraction.

Ew nope. I totally don't believe in that "age is just a number" crap. Age is the amount of years you have been on earth, and the amount of experience and knowledge you have. I can see if your 21 and 27, it really doesn't matter then. But ages 10 and 16 don't exactly work, if you know what I mean.

When you are both over age 21, it is all relative.
If either is below that age, the difference is light-years in development.
