Today I woke up and had severe pain in my neck. I'm assuming it was from the way I was laying. I read that if your pillow is not supporting your head correctly in a side laying position it can strain muscles. My neck hurts so badly now! I hardly can move it and if I move it slightly the wrong way I get this extreme shooting pain from my neck down to my shoulder. Can anyone suggest something I can do to ease the pain? I do not want to see the doctor for just a strained neck, and i already took Advil, so I'd appreciate suggestions other than those. Thanks much!

Okay i have tried all sorts of things to get my daughters hair under control. It seem to be getting more and more unmanageable as she gets older. My daughter is nine and interacial (black and white) and has thick frizzy hair. She wants so bad to be able to wear it down, but it just cant be done without looking crazy. When its wet it has a nice wave to it, but lately even wet it is still very thick and somewhat frizzy. What products should I use to try to get a hold of this mess?

My parents live in New Mexico and recentely got a quote for new carpet, they compaired and went with the most reasonable company. Half way through the job the guy told my dad they measured wrong and have to pay an extra $400+ for the carpet. Is there a law that protects them in the state of New Mexico against this sort of stuff? My mom sais just pay it but my dad said that they went with this company cause it was the lowest of the quotes and most reasonable and if they measured wrong its there mistake and also feels like that did that on purpose to get the job. I seem to agree with my dad cause the company did the measurements and quoted off of there own measurements but legally I am wondering if there is a law that stands behind my dad.
