We got ourselves into a mess when we refinanced our home a year ago, we were given a good faith estimate, and come to find out they gave us a pick a pay loan, we can only afford the interest. Our homeowners ins. was taken away, we called other banks to help, but even with my husbands good credit, everyone was afraid to touch it. We didn't want cash out. And we have credit card bills that are high. we only pay the interest on them too. this month was the 1st time we were late on 1 credit card. I hear a lot of credit counselers are scam artists, and we already have been scammed, so we want to be very careful this time. Any ideas? also the bank said if we don't get homeowners ins. by may, they will forclose on our house.

Hello again! Thank you to the many people who answered a similar question for me a while ago. But I'm back and I'm still looking for a puppy. I'm going to be a first time dog owner and I'm looking for a small-med dog. I've been looking at French Bulldogs, Pugs, cocker spaniel, schnauzers ect? From all the reading I've done smaller dogs are more difficult to train. Being that this is going to be my first I'd prefer something that has easier training capabilities. I love pugs but I hear they're hard to train and that they shed ALOT...is there anyone out there who can help?
I want: a cuddly friend, small-med size (something to take to work with me everyday) doesn't shed ALOT, isn't incredibly hyper, and is somewhat easily trained.

I know getting a puppy is alot of work. But since I'm a novice I feel like having as many cards in my hand as possible is the best idea!

This morning my steering wheel started shaking pretty bad while I was going about 45mph. It stopped, and I noticed one of my front wheels had a very strong brake smell coming from it. My brakes are working fine and aren't squeaking, they were replaced about two years ago. Any thoughts?

That movie American Beauty played on that. But is that really true? Why won't a major athlete come out the closet? Because most of the guys in the locker room are probably a little homophobic. Are they all secretly gay? Or maybe, most homophobes AREN'T gay, just repulsed by unnatural behavior. The Marxist and Communist in the media are doing their best to convince the public that homosexualality should be main stream. Knowing we won't accept it willing, they have to create ways to trap us into accepting it. Don't mistreat homosexuals, but at the same time elevating homosexuals to equavelence with heterosexuality in issues of marriage and adoption is ridiculus.

Here is why I say that there bench is not as deep as SA and PHX. They don't have the experience that the SA and PHX has. And another thing they have not beating any top notch team.

We are all putting into a system that we will ultimately get nothing out of in return. We are paying for the elderly now but no one will be paying for us. We will be on our own. I know most ideas all have their pros and cons... but does anyone have a legitimate idea that could work to the benefit of my generation?


(As for me, I am already going to start my 401K early and not worry about depending on the government but I wanted to see what other ideas people have).

We have a cooker which comprises of a main oven, a top oven/grill and four hobs on top. we just turned the oven on to cook dinner and something shorted out all the other electrical appliances in the house except the lights. When we turned the trip switch back on the cooker seemed ok at first but now we discover it won't heat up. It's a fan assisted oven and makes the right noise and the light at the front comes on to say it's heating up but the oven itself just doesn't heat up. The grill and hobs work fine.
Does anyone know what the problem might be and how it can be fixed?
Is it likely to be a blown fuse? Or are we looking at having to buy a new cooker?
Please help if you can. Thank you.

Ok, so I have been talking to this Oak tree (Harold) and he has been complaining about Emanuel (the Maple tree). He's always saying that he makes too much noise when one of Emanuels limbs breaks. Emanuel has a mouth like a trucker and has a short temper so I can never seem to calm him down. What should I do? Cut one of them down? My uncle Remus does own a chainsaw.
