I'm wearing a helmet with a little mirror attached to it so I just gotta look up to see myself.

mmm. Once in the morning when I am getting ready to go out, other times in the day if my eye is hurting or I have a need to look in the mirror and then at night when I am taking off my makeup and getting ready for bed.

I look in the mirror in the morning to get ready than each time I go to the bathoom I just check for a few seconds to make sure everything is in place and nothing is in my teeth
