Because we can safely assume that the guy will say what ever he thinks we want to hear in order to get what ever it is that they want. So the gals have to keep the guy at a distance while we figure out what is truth and what is Bull $hit."
Example: Is the car he is driving really a loaner while his BMW is in the shop for repairs? Is he really a Pre-Med student? Is his room mate actually his wife?
