I have liked my friend Alex for about a year and a half. His girlfriend Ashley hates me. They've been together a little over a year. He keeps trying to get me help him cheat on her, but I dont want to hurt Ryan, my boyfriend by breaking up with him. I like him so much but I think I might love Alex. Alex was attempting to break up with Ashley this past summer when he found out she's pregnate. He says that hes going to dump her after the baby is born and then ask me out. He keeps flirting and hitting on me at school and trying to mess around with me when we are alone. He got another one of my friends [one of his ex gf's] to help him cheat on Ashley at least 3 different times [handjob, *******, etc.]. He's not happy with Ashley at all. I really love this guy, but I really hate to break up with my boyfriend for him. What should i do?

I've asked a few questions regarding Creationism in the past, and I usually get a few people--who are, I'm sure, trying to be helpful--who post a few links to Creationist websites.

I like to think that I'm an open-minded person, so I've gone and looked at these sites, and I've found that the so-called "evidence" they offer to support Creationism is...pretty bad.

In fact, I find it difficult to believe that anyone who has any inkling of things like geology, etc. can look at this evidence and be convinced.

So I'm wondering if Creationists have an understanding of the supposed "science" and "evidence" that support their...I'll call it an hypothesis for lack of a better word.

So what I'm asking is for you simply to pick some phenomenon, occurence, process, etc. that you feel supports the hypothesis of Creationism, and explain it to me IN YOUR OWN WORDS, that I might be enlightened. Please no links or cut-and-paste; I want to hear YOU describe it.

I have had a flat tire for three days now, I cant change it. I have asked my son everyday to come over and change it for me, he came over today and used the last of my toilet paper but didnt change the tire -

Now I am sitting here with no toilet paper and no water and he isnt answering his phone.

Is there someone you can call who does things for disabled people ? I cant afford to pay someone to come and change it who will charge me about $40 to do it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

who made the first person in the world?

at almost 8 years old, my sister Diane asked THE question of the year:
who made the first person in the world?

my dad's atheist, and my mom won't go against his ideals, therefore not teaching my sisters about God, the creation of the world, or Adam and Eve. my dad's always been the one to tell us that if we want to pursue religion on our own, we are free to do so. it's only a little difficult considering that we can't study it in his presence.

so as an attempt to dodge the subject, he answered
"ask your teacher. see what she says"

if you're not religious, what would you tell your kid??
