Earth is not hell. It is the simplest and most direct answer, especially when you truly understand what Hell really is.
Hell is a perspective written in 'flesh' for lack of a better word. What I mean is that although there are many uncomfortable places within the universe called existence, all of them are very much limited. In other words, if you are burning in a lake of fire, then you can't also be locked in a pack of ice, or buried underground, or being eaten by worms.
Another thing that seperates true Hell from the hells written about elsewhere is it's purpose. Christian (and most religious hells) are based upon a system of punishment and/or retribution for acts committed while in existence. Steal from your grandmother and cheat on your taxes, off to hell you go. The true Hell, on the other hand, exists as a tool of absolute learning. One does not get 'sent' to this Hell because that is not it's purpose. And one need never ever venture to this 'Hell' for any reason whatsoever, since any lesson contained within it can be learned much easier elsewhere, although it may take longer. But because one does not walk down a dark alley does not mean there is not a lesson to be learned at the end. And the true Hell is the darkest alley of them all.
All other hells (religious or otherwise) are but figments and shards of that true place.
Heaven is similar to hell in that it can be glimpsed at, or visited, while on Earth, but the true nature of the place cannot be experienced while contained within flesh. Earthly flesh has too many restrictions upon it (think of trying to cram 100,000,000,000 moments of pleasure onto a 3x5 index card) and so while one can be refreshed and comforted by pleasureable experiences on Earth, they pale in comparison to what can be experienced in the place called 'heaven'.
One other thing to note: heaven is very much a personal experience. Someone who doesn't like rock music isn't going to be put in the heavenly mosh pit, just as a punk rocker isn't going to be forced to sit through endless variations of a mozart concert. Just as certain areas on Earth are designated certain places for certain activities (park, stadium, concert hall) so too does Heaven know how to maximize the experience for each person so that they find the 'perfect' spot for whatever it is they are looking to experience.

Earth is hell, really what could be worse than what we all go through while we are here. Heaven is on a different dimension, plane, whatever than we are.

Life is what you make of it, or allow others to make of it for you.
Those that have no concept of a thing, don't find themselves in
it.
Regarding different dimensions, and time space and
thought, not being the separate things we believe them to be...
"There is more in heaven and earth than are dreampt of in your philosophy, Horatio" Hamlet act 1 scene 5 Shakespeare.
I have experienced some things that transcend "normal"
experience. An open mind is all that's required.
I mostly have to fall back to it is what you make of it.

You make life hell if you want it to be..I think most of us feel like hell is here but its not.. We are in limbo now neither in heaven or hell. No one knows where heaven is or where hell is. Just have to stay tuned after one dies to really find out.

No life here is not hell if we learn to live in proper way. Set right goals and spend time in better things. Heaven and after death may be important but why should we engage our precious energy in thinking about them? When we live here properly helping our own-self and others we need not worry about hell, here or any other place...

Life is waht it is. There is no hell or heaven. It is just what it is. It can be a bit of both . Hopefully more heaven than hell :)

Lol, I had a teacher who told us that Hell was on earth. And another teacher tell me that when you die you either go to hell (down) or heaven (up). I'm confused. They were both scripture teachers too. Lol.
