simple question. I'm very excited!! I did not have anything to do for my birthday so I'm glad my waiting is finally almost over. Infantry w/Airborne option! :-)

Will the liason at MEPS tell me what bonuses I qualify for or do I have to ask about them? I was never sent to take the morality test thing the first time around when I got my physical done since I had to wait on a waiver.

I have heard that you attend and then the votes are tallied, and that then the small candidates are eliminated and the people who voted for an eliminated candidate can vote again for one of the politicians who scored higher. Is that accurate?

I finished Uni in June 2007 - I studied Mechanical Engineering. I have been working at a company as a CAD Technician. This job is slightly unrelated (more construction/architectural based). Thus I have been looking for a job more suitable as I find it a bit boring - drawing buildings/structures on the computer.
As an Engineer I think more logically than my colleagues & they seem to only know about the products the company fabricates. All the products are externally supplied and we do not manufacture.
I want a more logic based job. It seems my colleagues are not engineers as they are CLUELESS when it comes to mathematics/chemistry/physics - I can't have an engineering discussion with them.
I was ill last week for 2 days - went back to work Monday. I was called to office by my boss & he asked if I have my eye on another job. I said yeah as I'm open minded. He wants me to stay long term. When I was ill I got a feeling he checked my computer's internet history!

Are there any websites online that sell basic accessories like QUALITY cleaning rods, key pad papers, polishing cloths, etc, for the flute?

I especially like the rosewood cleaning rod from Muramatsu (http://muramatsuamerica.com/Accessories.html) but at $25 it's an expensive cleaning rod; same with the $14 wiping cloth. Is there a reliable place that sells high-quality instrumental cleaning rods, cloths, etc, other than wwbw.com?

I am a recovering alcoholic. I lost custody of my 13 year old daughter to her father when she was 3, but have had visitations since. I got sober a year ago and am doing much better, but I am a single mom to a 10 year old also, and don't have very much money. My ex husband does not ask for child support so I don't pay it. My issue is this. My daughter wants a christmas present that cost 150.00 dollars. I can get this for her but then I will be behind. She gets mad if I tell her I might have to get her something less expensive. Every night when we talk on the phone she says "Mom, are you gonna be able to get me what I want or not?" I'm not sure what to do. Should I get it for her and suffer, or get her something less expensive and deal with her anger. Help!!!

I've heard a lot of things about which state is the smartest and richest.

To my belief, I think the Smartest States are:

1) VT- Smartest
2) MA
3) CT- Highest IQ?

I've heard that MA and CT are very close and also that MN, NY, and ME are somewhere close to the top.

Wealthiest:

All I know about the wealthiest state is that CT is the 2nd, but I dont know the first.

Does anyone know anything I dont? Does anyone know if I'm wrong? Feel Free to share...
