Old is a state of mind, not a number. We all know some 20 year old men and women who could be considered old. When people ask me how old I am. I reply "whatever number you have in your head right now, go with it."

Well we always think old is old until we reach that certain age we define as old. My Mother is 73 and could out-work people in their 20's anyday. She is amazing, I think it's all in the Heart♥and Mind.I don't like to put old on any age-because I know once I hit that age I think is old then I will change my mind.
I certainly don't want to offend anyone either.
