How many women had an episiotomy during birth #1, but avoided it and tearing during susequent births? I am pregnant with #2 and would LOVE to avoid the stitches this time around!

the person i see has recenty discussed her partying hard ways and she admitted in a very flip manner that she is doing cocaine. my eyes bugged. she was so flip and this IS NOT her. she is usually very straight laced. but i had suspected for a bit, weight loss, wide eyed, strange chats, weird sleep habits. she slept all day sat and sunday and once went to work at 8 after getting home at 7. we don't live together but she told me this. i don't do the club thing with her all the time, very rarely. i keep my nose clean so to speak but she is always around for me. What should i do? i am upset at her cocaine use. she says she has it under control but i think it is going to bite her on the *** one morning and he won't know what happened. What shoudl I Say? Should I leave it, her? I am upset confused.

my 3 week old used to latch on right, and i never had a problem, but lately hes been nursing like i've never fed him before, and chews away at my nipples really hard. My nipples are beet red and chapped. I've seen a lactation consultant and everything, she taught me how to nurse properly, but still....its horrible. what can i do to either a) fix the latch (its almost as though hes impatient) or b) fix the red chappiness?

She is 2 1/2. If she skips her nap she is pitiful by 5pm and often falls asleep on the floor anyway with the same results even though I only let her nap 15 minutes or so if it is after 5. Her usual nap was from 1-3. I have always had to wake her up from her afternoon naps because I swear she would consider it nighttime and just sleep for 7 hours. I wake her at 3 so that she can still get to sleep later that evening.
Problem is when I do wake her up she gets so angry that she sounds like a possessed animal of some sort. She will carry on and cry and roll around anywhere between 30-60 minutes. It is horrible. I've tried putting her to bed earlier but she gets a second wind if in bed any earlier then skips the nap herself only to fall apart around 5 p.m. again. I just don't know why she gets hysterical when she wakes up. By the way, hysterical is not overstating the situation. Would you just skip naps at this age and maybe put her in the bath or something around 5 to keep her going?

how do i get rid of a program called "window genuine" when it doesnt appear on the "add or remove programs" section of my computer. this program continues to appear each time i turn on the computer, its not in the add or remove programs section, and now it has blocked one other program that is called windows media player. i try to open it and a window pops out saying i need to varify that microsoft windows if genuine and it takes me to this website.....

My husband & I have been married for 5 years, I'm happy with our relationship. Well, a couple weeks ago I come to find out before we met he had been having sex with his brothers wife. Apparently it was a couple years before we met, so I can't really say anything. I was just really surprised he would do something like that. It just doesn't seem like something he would do, I kinda feel like, do I really know him or what? His brother & his wife are still together & there is no bad blood between him & his brother. But, when I'm around them I feel a little uncomfortable, to be honest it bothers me. I wish it didn't. Just wanted to see what you think about it.

We rent our house, and the pump stopped working during the Armageddon-style rains we've had this last week. The landlord is replacing the pump, but is he also responsible for replacing our things that were destroyed, since it was HIS pump that stopped working? I'm not talking about alot here, not trying to gouge him. A couple of sleeping bags, some thrift-store furniture, a couple of framed prints. What are our rights here?
